went to a Target Store (Gardena California) last night. I asked a salesclerk for assistance. She gestured with her hand for me to follow her. She brought me to an ENGLISH-speaking co-worker! What the??!! I asked the manager what their policy was on hiring SPANISH-speaking ONLY employees. She said, "As long as they can do their job duties, we cannot discriminate against spanish-speakers!" What happened to spanish AND english. Imagine if ALL stores adopted this policy ~ does that mean that english-speaking american customers would get no customer service?
